Luxilon ALU Rough is poly, I think that's one of the reason to have lower
tension.
Another thing to note is that Fed's racquet's head size is smaller, thus I
think it can afford to have more loose tension.
Personally, I like tighter (not too tighter) tension. It gives me a better
feel. I find the newly strung ones felt the best, when it is about to break,
the tension probably lost 5 to 8 lb.
You can buy this tension meter from a iphone app. When my string is about to

technically I was told every shot need to be loose, but my grip on slice is
still tighter.
I think it's like volley, you are suppose to have a loose grip and knife the
ball, but tight grip works too and it's easier to pick up in the beginning.
When you gain confidence, and better feel, timing etc., you can then loosen
up the grip. Your forehand probably started with a tighter grip too. No?

in the past when I tried the thinner gauge, I also made it same tension or
tighter. It didn't turn out well, the feel and spin were not what was said
about thinner gauge. Not long ago, I came across some discussion where it is
said the thinner gauge should use lower tension...
Some ppl on the board argued it shouldn't be the case, using physics formula
for his argument... for me, the bottom line is same or tighter tension felt

If the effective stack is large enough (>60 is marginal, >80 is better), i
would suggest to call up to 5X raise preflop. Set is the most profitable
hand in poker. don't waste it. The tighter the range is for the raiser, the
more willing I am to call preflop. a few reasons,
1) with tighter range you are more likely to get his whole stack when you
hit set vs his over pair.
2) if you don't hit set and he has AK high, you are more likely to get the pot
after calling his c bet.
3) easier to identify

with a premium hand. couple NL100 lag tard cohagen**, urk** all got AA vs my AK before. I got broke every time.. lol.... i guess it is part of the game... however, if he is not a total retard, he should know that you 3 bet him vs utg, so i would give him some respect on that 4 bet. if it is button sb and you squeeze bb then i think you can just simply stack off there.

jump directly to murder. What if both sisters suffer
adolescent depression and committed suicide?
College kids have the highest suicide rate.
There have been many thallium poisoning cases in
