题。很多人搬到郊区就是为了找个好的社区环境raise family,住个大点的房子，让孩

如果在redfin.com上search最近几年>3500尺 & >$500K(地产税基本一万四五以上）成
交的房子。你会发现好的社区和好的学区基本是高度一致。
北郊的new trier 覆盖了kenilworth, wilmette, glencoe; Stevenson 涵盖了buffalo
grove, long grove,lincholnshire;北郊其它nice社区和学区重合的还有highland

发帖数: 1367 | 29 作为new trier学区的老住户，我来讲两句。new trier 包括 kenilworth, glencoe,
winnetka,wilmette 全境，glenview 和northfield 的一小部分。kenilworth是号称全
美国第二昂贵的zip code, 老中几乎绝迹。Glenco 和 Winnetka，East Wilmette是次
贵，但是也有一小搓老中的先富阶层。Wilmette 的西边和glenview, northfield 就是
中产了，老中不要太多，而且越来越多。特别是Wilmette的Romona, 和Glenview的
Avoca，都快成老中大本营了。总体来说，new trier的feeder schools都不错，不会比
naperville和hisdale的差。 |

这个trier其实就是一个多路的树，然后就可以用dfs,每次用输入的字符去试，求出一
个权值最大的path. |

其实一般大家喜欢的好学区，在学校，警察等等由地产税支撑的开支上没有太大的区别
。也就是平均下来每家人家要交的地产税其实都差不多，
所以房子贵的地方，地产税的税率就要低，
房子便宜的地方，地产税的税率就要高。但是结果交出去的钱都差不了多少。
比如同在IL的new trier和Naperville， 同样40万的房子，一个交6000, 一个交9000.
原因很简单，new trier的平均房价在60万， 也就是平均要交9000，而Naperville平均
房价在40万，也是平均交9000， 没有什么本质区别。 |

[1] "STEVENSON HIGH要我说就是个传说，这么大的学校怎么可能搞好， 据说只有最好
的前几个学生才能选择想去的大学， 1000多人， 这个比例和东岸根本就没法比。大学
走向不好， 几个高中毕业生给的奖， 比如说西门子数学奖比起别的高中获奖人数也少
。数学竞赛这几年也不行。这个学校还是白人太多， 虽然白人对孩子教育抓得比较严
， 比起移民还是差一些。
STEVEVSON 给学生分了几级， 没进最好的班的孩子大学走向差， 所以家长有意见，
一直想把这个分级制给取消了， 取消以后就会更差。NEW TRIER高中也是搞分级的"
