我是在voltage clamp条件下（－80mv及＋40mv）记录EPSC，溶液用的是大部分都用的
胞外溶液外加picrotoxin以block掉GABAergic neurotransmission，那个我们实验室一
直用，应该没什么问题，osmolarity 在305－310之间，电极液用的是CsCl溶液，加入
了TEA, QX-314，以便block K＋和Cl－通道，然后用了比较高的EGTA做Ca buffer，因
为我不需要看plasticity，实际上是希望能避免掉plasticity发生。osmolarity是275
，ph7.3，这些也是文章上用的配方，我感觉应该没什么问题。
我的记录方式是，现在－80mv条件下刺激产生一个清晰稳定的EPSC，过数分钟感觉比较
稳定了之后开始降低刺激强度（调整刺激输出电流），知道到某个点刚刚刺激产生一个
单个的突出反应，或者没反应，连续刺激就会有时候产生反应（通常是单个的），有时
候完全没反应，这样我就可以计算failure rate，记录完成后把voltage clamp... 阅读全帖 |

希望是油的问题。
阀体都是集成的，叫manifold. 没有图纸的话很难查的。如果你要测试阀，你得先搞清
楚这是个开关阀还是比例阀。一般的离合控制阀都是开关阀，不过说不准是个变态的设
计。开关阀要么是电池电压（battery voltage)或者是TCM控制的（regulated voltage
, could be just 10V). 如果是比例阀，基本上都是pwm, 不过不知道最大的pwm是多少
。还有，如果这个阀时一个级的，电流要求大，如果是两级的，那么先导阀线圈需要的
电流就较小。总之没有图纸和手册，我不敢给你出点子。以上是一些基础知识，仅供参
考。
阀常见的问题有：
线圈断路，这个量一下电阻就知道。
密封圈损坏。不拆也可以查，但需要这个系统的知识。
脏东西卡死。同上，不拆也可以查，不过需要这个系统的知识。
当然也有其它的可能性，比如说离合的机械部份有问题，或者离合的密封坏了。 |
