我161cm,120lb，大骨架。以前比现在略瘦，怀孕的时候以穿empire waist 为主，加上
生完体重减得慢，腰腹一直减不回去，就有了这么多不同尺寸的衣服。大部分是8～9.5

肉的地方都给咬了个遍，包括我的肚皮。。。难道要我把家里所有的家具，床 垫子，
衣物都烧干净？有没有别的办法，专门除跳蚤的？？？我都搬了N轮家里，居然还没有
GET RID OF IT 。情何以堪！！！！
能不能把所有衣物洗一遍，把床彻底扔了。我感觉就是睡觉的时候痒。然后温度高了就

子一样的大包，而且晚上比较严重，搞得我都不敢睡觉了。而且每天几个新包，也有
PUS状，而且浑身都有，不仅仅是WAIST 和ANKEL，貌似去年是被LICE比较集中，现在是
哪里都有。。
我刚才看到一个文章 转载过来，觉得不错，以后都不敢旅游了。。。大家也借鉴一下

转载——彻底消灭bedbug
去年12月带全家去 Florida 玩，玩得挺好。不幸的是，我们带回来了 bedbug，旅馆是
从 priceline 上 bid 的。中间的痛苦过程就不说了，最终成功把所有 bedbug 全部杀
死。现在把我的办法说一下。
1，请 pest control 的人来看，这个是不花钱的。他们很有经验，如果床上有虫，他
们会轻易找到的。
2，去 home depot 买那种粘地毯的双面胶。
3，去本地的 pest control 店买专杀 bedbug 的喷剂，可以喷在床垫上的，药效可持
续一个星期。
4. 把床拉开，离墙有一点距离。用双面胶把床的四个脚贴上。

我是RELOCATION好不好，拜托。
我都搬家大半年了。这个BEDBUG是新地方的，跟老地方一点关系没有，我当时到那个地
方是从另外一个地方来的。。ANYWAY， 跟你说不清楚，我这点良知还好，而且这个BUG
也就骚扰我1个月，知道现在才确诊，之前我怀疑过SCABIES,因为我去过医院，养老院
，然后我怀疑是皮肤过敏，因为冬天干燥，我又买了LOCATION， 然后我又怀疑是去年
的LICE。
但现在我知道这不是LICE，因为LICE咬的不是这样的，是BUG，也就是全身都咬的，
LICE没有这样，LICE只咬我的WAIST 和ANKEL。
ANYWAY， 没有关系，上面已经有那个同学说了。我是急于治虫，懒得回复了。如果真
是因为那个原因租我的APT，那绝对是天打雷劈。而且我那个APT最后一个月之内不到就
租出去了，是我的PROPERTY MANAGER 重新转租的，一切按照流程，不会有任何问题。
。。
不过我倒是谴责那些有虫子还卖家具和床的人，我知道有中国人这样干的，所以我以后

当年，俺在Harvard Summer School 上课时， 报名参加ballroom dance, 和一Cornell
的brunette Jewish girl 来了回电。
我们当时还跑到Charles River 上的 Bridge 上练习跳舞（那个去Allston's Harvard

small engines. But for smaller trees, a curved pruning saw works fine.

my house. Just feel that dry wall actually sacrifize the room as most of the
garage are actually lack of space.
I also put racks and shelves on the wall in the garage and put all tools and
other material on the wall --- the garage wall are made of stone, btw. so
special screws are needed for the installation.

firm mattress.
My father and father in law both have strict preference for very firm
mattress. The best one I found for my guest room is Simmons.
My father in law who has same waist problem never had any issue with the
Simmons during his stay (1yr).
Try a few different places as they mat carry different product lines. S&F is
not bad too, but not as firm as Simmons.

waist r cabinets with doors, which r functional as storage space. So the
couch puts next to the build-ins(bookshelf) really make sense. This is just
an idea for the layout. He wants a couch, a big desk and feeling like a

Can you find any good oriental medicine doctor around you? I had very bad
waist pain and took some herb medicine and it worked fine for me. BUT THE
MOST important thing is not to hold/lift heavy things (including baby, I
know it is hard for a new mom) nor to bend yourself too much. Rest well is
the key.
Tell your husband to bring food/water to bed and help you to walk/take a
shower when necessary. |

我家宝宝外公去年间锥盘突出，我自己软骨异位，那种痛苦不堪回首。
都已经腿疼，其实已经很严重了。
但是，不是说开刀就能好的，搞不好会瘫痪的。
现在能做的，估计只有卧床休息了，看能不能好转，最好是木板床。
药店有卖那种绑在腰上的waist supporter，起床的时候绑个一两个小时也会让腰省力
些。
去年宝宝爷爷过来带宝宝的时候也是间锥盘突出。
睡了几个月硬板床，居然就好了。
宝宝外公更严重，不过卧床几个月有很大好转。
LZ婆婆休息个几个月也许就好了。（如果有爷爷帮忙带宝宝会好些。。） |

是专门给孕妇的），比如empire waist设计的，或者面料有一定弹性的，或者设计得比
较巧的，直到孕晚期都可以穿，以后身材恢复了还可以穿。 |
