我有个while loop， 大概loop 5000次。 每次while loop有个5000个row的table被
scan一次，然后有个很大的table被update一次。其实我还给这个table加了index。但
不知道为什么，大概run一段时间后整个sql server 窗口就关掉了，好像是memory
hike到一定程度了。 我在task manager里观查memory是一点一点加上去的，然后到一
定程度就cush掉，把整个sql server client给关掉了。不太懂sql server这一块是怎
么工作的，每个while loop不释放memory吗？怎么样可以让每个while loop释放memory
呢？望懂得人指点。不胜感激！ |

good(), eof(), fail(), bad(). You can call them explicitly if you want

During training, on runs of 4 hours of more I generally eat one GU per hour
after the first two hours. I have found this to usually be enough but
certainly not ideal in terms of energy needs. In the summer I will carry a
20 oz. bottle on runs over 2 hours (and refill at streams when I feel the
need). In the winter, I generally need to be running 4 hours in order to
bring a bottle along. This kind of fueling allows me to keep running but I

机的GPS功能找路而已。 说来也很是倒霉， 我本来有Garmins的GPS， 可是昨天用来充
电的power code 坏了，所以才去mall里买新的配件， 临时只好用手机来导航。 结果
就遇上了这码子倒霉事。anyway, 警察先是一口咬定我在text. 我好不容易才有机会解
释了一下， 并且手机屏幕也正显示map. 他这才改口， 但是又说用GPS功能也是一样；
手机是不同于mounted GPS的！ 所以还是给了一张ticket， citing “using cell
phone while driving".

* When the photographer (private citizen) showed the video to the officers (
