发帖数: 1 | 11 四月份提交的perm 申请 上周收到DOL的信deny了，是因为职位要求里面的一个skill没
有在section K里面指明，具体如下，基本上是律师准备材料的失误，但是还是想去
argue一下，毕竟重新做的话，又要多等一年。
denial letter 里面提到的技能是一个还挺通用的绘图软件，我本科的成绩单里有这门
课可以证明我有这项技能，但是成绩单并没有提交过，而且申请是用的master的学位，
section K的工作描述里的一些内容也可以去说用的这个软件，不知道会不会可以争一
下。
大家有没有因为这个被拒的，之后做reconsideration 有成功的吗？或者有没有推荐做
perm比较有经验的律师，谢谢啦！

每个有家庭的都有麻烦了
主要就是几点:
一个,疤蟆care允许公司不cover你的spouse.
第二,疤蟆care cover你的小孩但是employer不用subsidize,那么意味着你的孩子就是
要under cobra那样的医疗保险,那个费用是高得吓人. (employers won't be
required to subsidize insurance plans for dependents the same way they will
for employees.)
第三: 如果公司不提供疤蟆care的话,罚金只有一年2000美元.这笔钱给你自己用的话,
估计就是一个月的医疗费. 大公司估计还会继续替你买医疗保险,但小一点规模的公司
肯定愿意支付罚金.
大家只能自求多福了,多锻炼身体,希望自己别生病.
