Chicago-based Northern Trust had repaid the government’s $1.6 billion
investment, and that Minneapolis-based U.S. Bancorp would return the $6.6
billion it received.
Lenders including Bank of America Corp. and Goldman Sachs Group Inc. have
said they want to return money from the government’s TARP program |

HR帮忙file了worker's compensation, 现在似乎说本来要给一个星期工资，但是因为
我受伤的程度和disability uncertain所以case pending了，怎样才能让case move on
？需要找个律师么？收到了很多律师事务所的宣传单（汗。。。）但是没有类似经验，
不知道怎么办。ps: 没有骨折，但是肿得很厉害，休息了四天。请有经验的大侠指教，

以选，那样是不是和主申请人一样，选Temporary worker。别的就更不适合了。

a) the temporary worker visas issue should not be tied to backlog reduction
issue
b) other countries like canada and australia have already changed their
immigration policies for high-skilled immigrants and US is falling behind
c) that the US government needs to provide clarity on the GC process one way

这个是说如果在广告过程在（一个月左右），公司如果能招到一个同样职位的美国人，

直接转
485-AOS慢慢排期了。
或者是给一次性长期的OPT（可能性小），足够期间排到交485。
或者出台一个什么140过了的OPT可以无限延长，参照H1的规则。
这不就相当于给了working visa到Pathway to Citizenship的机会给美国毕业STEM了么
，和当前的描述非常相符合啊。
这样都说得通了。以前的新闻和现在的没有recapture都不矛盾了。
不用立法增加H1，直接给了High-skilled worker某种Visa了，并提供了one pathway
to Citizenship
通过改革OPT，也变相也增加了H1
是不是这个道理啊 |

的，目前看来延期opt是最有可能的！ 关于那个highly-skilled worker to get
eligible visa

他们在国内等排期，在广州走CP
所以不会出现在485 inventory里面
所以真实的EB3名额，如果严格来，而且去掉other worker的话
只有不到2000人
比EB2的名额少了1/3 |

让我填好再加37块然后寄过去，这表格上只需要我填一项就是我的signature，这37块
