今天接到电话还蛮意外的，又看了一遍job description.
因为是entry level job, 倒也没有要求有经验什么的。但是本人完全是一点payroll和
tax 的经验也没有，本科读的是会计，研究生读的MBA. 但是也没有过做过跟会计有关
的实习，还麻烦大家帮我看看这个job description,看看我要往哪方面怎么准备这个面
试比较好呢因为也没有实际工作经验。非常感谢！
This position is responsible for conducting the in-house payroll process by
compiling payroll data, reviewing wages computed and correcting errors to
ensure accuracy. Assisting in compilation of Payroll, Federal, State, and
Benefit tax returns. Assist in preparation of periodic reports of monthly
labor, earnings, taxes, and deductions and reconciling payroll on a
quarterly basis. Assist in preparation of monthly journal entries for labor
costs and payroll costs.
In addition, this position is responsible for assistance with the monthly
general ledger closing; process accounts payable invoices, review invoices
for accuracy, assist with preparation of checks, and resolve discrepancies.
Other special projects as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance. 0-
2 years experience processing payroll a plus, but not required. Excellent
written and oral communication skills with strong Microsoft Office skills | x*********2

it says 0-2 years experience a plus. i think you don't need worry too much
about the experience. they didn't expect you with that when they give you
the on-site. so just be prepared with showing your excellent communication
skill. you should be fine.

发帖数: 140 | 6 It is a entry level position, so they won't expect much experience from you.
Normally if you are fresh out of school, they just looked at your grades
and if you well prepared for interview questions, e.g. what are your
strength and weakness. As for tax returns, they might just ask you to assit
preparation by providing accounting data.
What you need to make sure is you like the position. It is just very basic
accountin job. Payroll and invoices, god, very boring. If you don't like it

见仁吧。可能一开始没说清楚，本人是读完本科直接留校读的MBA,学校也很次，加上没
有工作经验，所以完全不是那种名校毕业，又工作了好几年的牛人MBA,如果之前因为我
的疏忽，让大家理解有误，还请原谅！ |
