在某大型连锁商场的停车场里面
A car suddenly backed out of one of the spaces. Two of the
adults managed to avoid the car and my client managed to push the small
child out of the way but was run over in the process. The driver
apparently then lost control of the automobile and went around and
struck a lamp post and returned to run over my client again as she was
raising up off the pavement. She suffered severe, disabling and
permanent injuries |

人家让我查查有没有规定商场有这设置人行道或者其他设施的义务
