慕名去一洗车店，进传送带时，放车进来的小伙没注意我和后面的09款奔驰ML的距离，
大概只有10厘
米？
前面3米处有辆神车KIA。此司机估计是新车太兴奋了，没有把档打在neutral，打的D档
+Brake
于是乎，整条传送带因为KIA就不工作了。
这边的staff也很不细心，看见停了，也懒得检查啥问题，直接重启。
于是乎，整个传送带为之一震，后面的奔驰就撞上了我。
大叔比我还心疼啊，一出传送带就下来看。他倒好，没啥事，我就惨了，车屁股花了。
于是file clam。但是等了俩周，昨天打电话问到说那帮二子居然忘了upload。我都给
气疯了。
今天打电话问，说已经在processing了，说我可以给fax estimated 费用给他们。但是
我想过去俩
周我都没车用，岂不是耽误了很多。
想问问各位大侠们，如何能争取自己的权益呢？谢谢 | i****a

A. get cash - if you do NOT want to fix the car or want to fix it cheap
and pocket the differece, get 3 free estimates from 3 different body
shops, fax them to the insurance company and ask for as much as possible
B. get the car fixed - send your car to good bodyshop, ask them to bill
the insurance directly. Usually insurance company recommended bodyshop
are good; avoid dealer because most dealers do not do body work, they
tow your car to a body shop nearby and charge you $2000 extra.
Call other party's insurance. demand car rental reimbursement, starting
from the day of the accident until the proprety damage claim is closed.
but you only had a scratch on rear bumper, you can't really claim rental
for the whole period. you can only claim rental on the days your car
will be in the shop.

因为最近蹭朋友的车，想给点补偿给朋友

can't claim it.
