刚搬来San Diego， 红灯右拐了， 收到ticket。
Total Bail: $480
Traffic School: $535
想去法庭跟Judge说说， 刚来， 没看到红灯不能右拐的sign， 不知道能不能给点
discount？呵呵
另外， 去法庭需要先预约吗？ 还是开庭时间直接 早点去 walk in 就可以?
信里面提到下面选项：
Not guilty:
Mail: request must indicate that you intend to plead not guilty and are
requesting a court trial and include $480
Business Office*: Indicate to court clerk you are requesting a court or
written trial and pay $480
Court Appearance*: Check in for Court appearance. You may still be required
to pay $480 in order to schedule your trial.
