Outback 5AT same setup as GLK. very good too.
Outback CVT has no center diff, only a computer controlled clutch pack So it
is a part time system. Should offer enough traction at low speed, but can
not match the handling of a full time AWD system.
Volvo usually uses Haldex system, similar to outback's CVT system. But
Haldex is famous for very fast lookup, some report sais it can lock up with
in 1/8 of a free rotation. | r***y
