先把脚跟提起来，然后开始发球，这个中间有个时间差
请问这样发球违规吗？
查了一下规则，也不能确定。
1. the movement of your racket must continue forward after the start of the
service until the service is delivered.
2. some part of both feet of you and your opponent must remain in contact
with the surface of the court in a stationary position from the start of the
service until the service is delivered
我个人感觉是，提脚和发球应该同时，而不是有个时间差。 |

一般先提脚，保持静止后发球．
发球是身体不部位不能乱动，否则造成对方误判．

他发球比较奇诡的地方就是
1.提脚的动作比较明显，给人的感觉是发球了。
2.提脚后，停一下就马上发球。
好像没看到有什么人这么发球。 |

从人家提脚时你就应该focus了．
另外，提脚时为了发球点高１０到１５公分．

等他一提脚，马上举手示意停一下。
几次以后，他发球就别扭了。
