Now we have MagMAX™-96 Total RNA Isolation Kit (Cat:AM1830). This kit
is for RNA extraction from normal cells.
Did anyone have experience on it?

microRNA
array), don"t recommend to use PFA-fixed cells.

I do not want to do GeneChip, only RT-PCR.
Can I use normal RNA kit to extract RNA from PFA-fixed cells? |

PFA cross-link proteins binding to RNA. You may try to heat to 65oC to
reverse the cross-link of PFA and add proteinase K to remove as much protein
as possible.
