I need to culture some mammalian cells in Collagen I in hope of getting 3D,
and then I need to get the cells out of collagen I to get either mRNA or
protein.
I got some information from Sigma, but there is no way for us to know how to
use the collagenase to get rid of collagen I.
Is there anyone knows from which company I can get the right Collagen I and
Collagenase,please?

发帖数: 4079 | 5 Can you buy collagenase (I am not sure about subtype) and use as trypsin.
a few years ago I used collagen coated dish to culture cells, when I need to
harvest cell, I used a mixture of collagenase and trypsin.
you might need to optimize the system. |
