If the antibody has not been successfully used in whole mount in your lab,
you may try to cryosection the embryos for testing.

发帖数: 4124 | 4 My suggestion is to cyosection the embryos to test the conditions first. You
will get tens of sections from a single embryo for you to try. If the
antibody works, then move to whole mount. Just remember the time for
fixatives, antibodies and etc. to get into the center of the embryo will be
a lot longer than it is needed for sections.
