需要克隆几个genes 到 pMXs-IRES-Blasticidin vector, 试了几次都没有得到克隆子
，已经验证了应该不是ligation的问题。想问问有没有人用过pMXs-IRES-Blasticidin
vector，是不是有什么tricks在里面。十分感谢！
