No one starts a lab from scratch. you always have accumulated something to
ensure a good start during your previous stage (e.g., postdoc) and at least
several publications within the first year. |

But the experiments would consume a lot of money, and I am a green hand
running my own lab. Just wanna hear some useful tips from you smart and
seasoned guys :)

慢申请经费办大仪器。如果想发大文章，可以考虑和别人合作，以前的老板，你的朋友。
