发帖数: 9682 | 3 yah, somehow i get the feeling that bcg people are a bit more low profile
and casual. any other comment on career path, average tenure, exit options,
etc? one thing that's different for sure is the high percentage of apds at
mck, but is it necessarily a good thing to have many people with similar
background around? any thought on that... ?

Either one would be fantastic, if you already got the interview invitation,
practice the case as much as you can.

发帖数: 5475 | 5 从career角度来讲，两个差不多吧，都能给你很好的exit option
听说BCG做到partner的时间更长些，也没有McK那么rigorous的up or out policy
这两年的业绩，好像BCG差点，很多时候比不过Bain
APD多有什么不好的？做项目的时候不会所有人都是APD的。而且经过培训的APD用起来
和MBA没什么不同

发帖数: 9682 | 6 makes sense... 感觉mck的竞争和up or out是比较严一点。所谓apd的多少，我就是想
到底是value variety呢还是background类似的氛围好。不过可能最终也就是value
performance了。

people in the same class. It's not like if you become an Engagement Manager
, I cannot. So there is little competition among the Associates on the team
. It's actually a very collaborative environment. You do get a little bit
of peer pressure around the time you are supposed to advance to the next
level. For example, if everyone in your class is EMing and you are not, you
will feel uncomfortable.
