firms these days. you should feel proud of yourself.
there is no difference when you accept the offer as long as you accept
it before the deadline.
talk to the people in the office you are going to join, understand
what sectors they work in and see if those are what you are interested
in. while you can always work with partners from other offices, it
generally means much more travel and less office support when it comes
to re

conveniently, mck and bcg usually hold their events around the same time too

accept the offer right now, you may get signing bonus before new year.
assuming that you are still in the lower tax bracket this year, that's $1500
-2000 in tax savings.

saving if I accept the offer early. I will contact the HR for more
information.

be offered the position. It will determine whether you will get valuable
experience or not to support your career aspirations.
Also don't underestimate the power of sponsorship and mentors in fluid
consulting organization. It will know that when promotions come along or at
time of staff cuts. So if someone higher up like you A LOT, a good sign to
go with them. |

similar backgrounds). Try your alumni network, your acquientances from the
past who transitioned to Consulting, and talk frankly with your classmates
who came from consulting.
The more you ask, the more you learn. Consulting is rarely a destination,
but rather a jumping board for your next career move. |
