流动相是a gradient of 0–35% CH3CN (with 0.1% TFA) in water (with 0.1% TFA)
目的是检测medium中的我们感兴趣的物质被细菌利用的情况
我查了一下,MEM-alpha中磷酸二氢钠的浓度大概1 mM
这个medium我直接拿过来酸化之后用0.22um的filter过滤
能否直接上HPLC的柱子[Vydac C18 (22 x 250 mm) column]
会不会堵上?
请有经验的人,尤其是做过细胞培养基分析的人指点一下

larger than filter pores, could get clogged. |
