for a couple of weeks now. really enjoy it. it helps me to build some base
miles for a race on Feb 13/14, and also gets me in the groove for some
serious night riding in this years brevets. |

2/20. Two-people team, 18 miles with two big climbs at the end. It would
be a pain fest. |

发帖数: 893 | 5 wow, pretty long and steep climbs. I bet that's the deciding factor for your
final results. you might want to move the saddle back a little for a better
climbing position. and I would spin the first one and hammer the second one
. If you are not familiar with rolling hills, you should know the hardest
part of the roller is the top flat portion. reserve enough energy to push
through the top so that you carry a lot of speed into the downhill stretch. |
