2. Running on Windows system
3. Have graphic interface to control version tree/branch

good one but it is for WinCvs 1.3.21-2.
Latest Recommended Release: WinCvs 2.0.2.4 (released 2005-08-15)
Latest Development Release: WinCvs 2.0.9 (released 2007-01-30)

当初我记得不到半个小时就上手了，很容易的。

good:
1. easy to get starter document.
2. can check out single file
bad:
1.still don't know how to branch from a specific file version. say the
latest version is 3, but how to set a branch from version 2?
2. How can show labeled files only?
I mostly like clearcase, intuitively. Is any these free software mentioned
here close to it?

but I feel svn is very flexible and good
enough for me. spend half day read the document
carefully, do some practice on merge
and you are ready to go.
