I just started a new job (tenure-track AP) in a state university. HR refuses
to initiate my LC application now. The director says the university will
process my LC application after reviewing my first year teaching. I got
their offer letter this April. The school will not review my teaching file
until next June. After reviewing, they will hire a lawyer to process my
application. In general lawyer is pretty slow. I will probably miss the
