I think you should not use PD as y-axis but the difference between PD and
current date or month as y-axis.
Otherwise, it's not easy to estimate the progress of PD.

很多就到了.
其实从图可以看出,VB的日期是跳来跳去的,今天是Sep.2005,明天不知道会不会就回到0
1.2005了
所以大家要团结起来,争取自己的合法利益

It doesn't make any sense!!!!!!!why we get closer to a3? They applied less
and we applied more recently????
Can we just arguer from that point of view?
