He insisted on "not wasting numbers" since 2007. He definitely would ask Mr.
O to push cut-off date to end of 2006 or mid-2007 for all of EB2C benefit
if possible. He might have sent email to Mr. O ask about the big jump on cut
off date to move forward because he said he did not care about the date as
he will get it soon. It does not matter to get it in this month or 3-4 month
later.
