EB2C and EB2I when you calcualte the PD.

for EB2.
Count how many EB3I and EB2I before you.

be approved while total cases before 2007 is 4200 cases?
As current cut-off is July 2006, there are 6 months for 4200 cases before
2007. Assuming evenly distributed, we have 700 cases/month.
To use up all 2802 available visa, it seems by Sept EB2 China Cutoff should
move up to Oct 2006. Is that right estimation?
