发帖数: 5411 | 1 USCIS has rejected the Premium Processing request due to the original
certified PERM application not being included with the filing. This is a
part of the requirements for submitting a premium processing request for an
I-140 filing. In order for USCIS to accept the request, they must have the
original ETA-9089 with the filing. As far as we know, they must request for
this document from their file archives, the amount of time of which we can
not gauge. As long as they are without the original ETA-9089 in hand, any
subsequent premium processing requests will be rejected as well. | l*******n
