副申请人在拿到EAD之后有485 pending 180天的限制吗？还是副申请人就可以跳槽了？
只要主申请人不动就可以了

Spouse's case can not apply AC21, as long as s/he has EAD (from main
applicant), s/he can work for anyone. However, when s/he does that, s/he
will be AOS, and entirely depend on main applicant's case status. if somehow
, main applicant's I-485 is denied, s/he will be out-of-status too.
s/he may pick up H-1B later, if the s/he has own before and still time left,
and the new employer willing to do that. | f*********s
