发帖数: 48 | 4 I am not sure how designer are measured at companies such as Linear, Maxim
etc. Is 5*X profit a formula some of these analog companies use?
However, that 5*X profit is created also from contributions from application
engineer, layout engineer, test engineer, marketing and sales thus maybe 5*
X is not that a high multiple. It also really depends on the margin the
product which I have no control.

等拿到了offerB，在来忧心也不迟。
如果待遇差不多的话，工作地点，家人喜好，都将是决定因素。
career上不确定因素很多，比较虚。不过如果A center只有director和你的话，将来扩
展，你倒是比较有很能升manager。
单纯的工作稳定性很难比。 反正ananlog power ic大公司也就那么6,7家。传说是
maxim比较push，linear比较稳定， national裁起人手不软。onsemi fairchild ir都
马马虎虎过日子。
intersil似乎比较滞后。
TI ADI占山为王就不说了。

不然人力和资本就会从一块流到另一块了.
从这个角度来看,在哪打工其实都差不多.
给资本家赚的钱越多,他会按比例给你更好的工资.
5*X时候我会比较comfortable,5这个数是我瞎猜的.
不同行业应该会有不同.CS可能会高点,ME可能会低点.
换句话说,例如我们部门比如有30人,平均工资10万,如果年利润没有1500万.
我肯定会考虑作出改变.要么建议上面开新项目,要么我自己换地方.

不过如果C公司招你的是中国人manager,我觉得最好也是别做这种让人为难的事儿.

同样工作量，自己开公司的话，(按我猜的这个数)，每小时赚的钱可能是打工的5倍。
如果都是打工，我想在一家公司不太可能会是另一家公司工资的5倍。
如果在国内，这个钱会差的更多。
打工当然不会其实都差不多
你说的这个flow,宏观上看，是对的，微观上看，都不会差不多
