head is ahead or on the top of the ball. I'd like to see my head behind the
ball at impact like hogan did. I am working on my transition and pivot to
achieve that.
That's the biggest difference when I saw those two pics. I don't know if
that is also what you want to show me. Or maybe it's my arms at release.

swing刚刚开始的时候,头和重心都往前方和下放挪了不少，也许会造成（理论上）重心
前移而损失一些应有的距离？不过好像很多pro，包括Tiger, 也做类似的动作？

hip turn。我个人愿意看到，lower body重心前移， upper body尽量保持位置不变，
只是rotation around spine。至于下移，you are right. Tiger does that. lot of
pro seems do that too. I want minimize that move,我认为我的下移在接受范围内
，呵呵。

发帖数: 57 | 15 很漂亮的挥杆， 尤其是 Timing 和 Tempo 很好。看了上面你和 HOGON 的 随挥的照片
对比， 我觉得 Following Through 只是你的挥杆的反应的结果。这样可以认为 Hogon
的挥杆用了更多的身体带动手臂和球杆，所以当他释放的时候， 可以 Stay behind
the ball ｐｅｒｆｅｃｔｌｙ.有点像扔链球一样的感觉。如果能看看你的其它角度
的录像的就更好了。如果你想要一个更机械的挥杆的话，可以试试把两脚间加宽一点，
另外在 Ｕｐ Ｓｗｉｎｇ 时，减少左漆的Ｋｉｃｋ ｉｎ 同时也紧固右漆（不这
伤身体）。不知你用铁杆攻上果岭时，是不是很准。你的长铁也应该不错吧。 |

think it's a good idea to teach swing by just showing the video.

hard for me to commment.
but i did realize your swing has some similarity as i had back in Jan 2007.
one thing is that I notice you might still use the "tile & tack (?) " swing
concept, I guess. which showed me that your weight in the process of golf
swing.
Like i said, i don't like that swing concept. it causes a lot "snipper" shot

我们把这个叫做lateral move, 沿着目标方向的平移， 基本上，我很不喜欢这个。
Tiger的确有，按照他自己说的，目的是为了增加距离， （应该是去年的一期golf
digest上的吧。）

否则这过过程很容易造成spine angle的变化，还有头部位置的变化。
下移到没什么。 有期golf digest还专门分析什么“x-factor"来说明hip (左右两端连
线）在准备时的位置，和在impact时的位置，能形成个x，自然有个hip下移的过程。
那篇文章说，x越明显，power越多。
我认为那篇文章是个crap。 它揭示了这个现象我不反对，但他要求大家去尽量的形成
这个X我认为是在误导swing.

Actually everyone's swing will be different, because your body and other
things are different indeed. I always believe the mechanics are not enough for
you to have a great swing. You need developing your own feelings as well.
To be honest, the golf swing is the most expensive and difficult one for us to
maintain at such a high level. Even for the top pros, sometimes when the

try to put more weight on my left for short club and will put more weight on
my right for longer club. I mean in set up.
I totally agree with you, I am not trying to work on some tiny things. I
always try to go back to fundamentals. I believe the rest will be taken care
of by its own if you have sounds fundamentals.

face all the time during the swing. After all, all it matters is delivering
the club face to the ball to make that solid contact in a way you want. Just
