我一直都保持着lifting weights的习惯,不是很重,50-60磅的哑铃。周末去教练处,
我和他聊到我做weights,他说那你得花更长的时间stretch,和practice swing。因为
你的肌肉太僵硬了。我在想lifting weights真影响golf吗?如果真这样,我将来少
lift点好了。顺便说一句,我通常都是25分钟的cardio,25分钟的weights,然后在
stretch 10分钟。
最近练的很烂,不知道什么原因。

I do weight-training as well. I don't think it matters for golf swing, as
long as you don't over-do it.
50-60 lbs.. for one-hand? which part of your muscle do you mainly work on?
for golf, what I know is.. the leg muscle is key, and also the core muscle
group (around your body).
many pros do the weight training, like Camilo Villegas, Tiger Woods. the 2
guys almost do the weight training everyday. but they don't use big weight.
i remember, they use 25lbs dumbbell at most.

I use 60lbs dumb bells (60 lb each hand) for benchpress and 45 lb dumb bells
for shoulder press. Those are the 2 main routines I do, then I also
exercise my forearms, wrists, rotary cuffs and do weighted pull ups to
exercise my back muscles. So these are basically all the resistance
exercises I do.
I also try to add leg press (i think that's what they call it) into my
routine. That's about it.

为啥不用barbell? 大肌肉还是用杠铃比较有效,而且不容易伤关节。

因为不想麻烦别人去spot. dumb bell的话,如果做不上去,丢到地上就好了。
