标 题: 关于最近美国达拉斯枪击案之我见

最近在美国达拉斯发生的黑人老兵枪击警察事件，公开解释是说不满近期警方枪击黑人
事件，不满白人，想杀死白人，特别是白人警员。逝者已逝，无力复还，我对逝者家属
的感受如同感同身受，激发了16年前我的父母去世时的心痛回忆。我谨表达对逝者家属
的同情和慰问。
那么如何看待处理这一案件呢，我想从我的人生经历来聊一聊我的期望。我从小一直被
认为是个乖巧诚实的孩子，然而还是在上小学，有一次我没有做家庭作业，第二天课堂
上老师要检查作业，我当即说作业本没带，留在家里了，装成要回家去取作业本的样子
，一个同学劝我留下，可是检查作业的赵老师要我回家去取。我第一次自由自在的在空
荡荡的街上往家里走，春日的暖阳,田边的春色别有一番乐趣。回到家里自然也没有所
说的作业本，只是想等到下课时间老师下班后再回去取书包。回到学校的时候，能够感
受到同学老师都已经回家了，看到我所在的班的门开着的，我就兴奋的想到我的计划成
功了。然而到了门口吓了一跳，赵老师还在讲台上坐着批改作业，班里还有一位同学在
补写作业，他冲我一阵坏笑， “哈哈，你也没写吧！”赵老师没有说我一句。后来在
上高中的时候，我被全班同学评为班上最守纪律的同学。我知道我错了，但是我更知道
老师是在关心我。
2003年底我独自一人从深圳来到英国，很多人问我为什么来这里，我一直回答说是怀着
一颗好奇心吧，到今天，我还是说想了解东方的纪律文化和英国的绅士风度有什么区别
。然而意想不到的事情发生了，2004年6月的一周，我都不能有深度睡眠，接着就出现
思维快速，对于近期出现的事情意识明确，反应强烈，当时得到的一个臆想就是，我到
英国来就是要由我宣布世界和平，因为是我第一个发现中英文关于宣布世界和平的差异
：“我是胡军飞，我是中国人，我宣布世界和平! I am Junfei Hu, Peace, Please!”
由此人们将停止一切战争，因为我们将从中国历史典故里学习到和解的道理。这段典故
就是大禹治水的故事。中国史学家称中国古代史起于炎帝，黄帝，尧，舜，禹。炎帝，
黄帝，尧，舜都是部族首领以贤德推举的，可到了禹改变了规则。舜帝时洪水泛滥，舜
帝命令鲧治水，鲧治水总用围堵的方法，多年不利，泛滥成灾，死人无数，民众愤怒。
舜将鲧斩首以谢罪，命鲧之子大禹继续治水，这才有了大禹治水三过家门而不入，终于
用疏导的方法治服了洪水。舜帝驾崩后传位于功臣大禹，禹传子，家天下，开启了中国
原始的第一个朝代。这就是中国的早期政治史的一段。我想到了现代社会我们应该从中
学到什么呢？鲧治水不利有其历史原因，他也是在探索铺路，没有他的失败就没有大禹
的成功。到了现代社会的政治争执中应该给他一条生路，也就是说我认为现代社会应该
更宽容。当时想到这点，我就想到911事件处理的一个选项，如果从中吸取教训，加强
航空旅客登机查验，然后由布什总统和本拉登手拉手来个纪念911联欢晚会，悼念逝者
，生者更坚强，这样一个历史的改变，比起不见终结的战争和恐怖袭击，更符合人民的
需求。正如我在致世界人民的信中所说，冤冤相报何时了，我们都是兄弟姐妹，该到了
放下罪恶的武器，用嘴来表达观点的时候了。
十二年来我一直承受病情的折磨，因此失去了四份工作，我对此无怨无悔，为世界和平
而大声呐喊我身心愉悦。让我们手拉手，一起呼唤和平！
My opinion on the Dallas shooting
In the recent Dallas shooting, a Black veteran told a negotiator that he had
wanted to kill white people, especially white police officers, because he
was angry about the recent shootings of black men by police. The dead had
passed away, and could not be brought back. I truly understand the suffering
which is the same as that which I suffered when my parents passed away 16
years ago. I can only empathise with the family and the lover of the dead.
Now, there is a big question mark on how to deal with this case. I am happy
to make an example of my childhood experience to suggest the solution for
this case. When I was a child, I was always an honest, good boy. In the last
year of primary school, once a day, I didn’t finish my homework. In the
class, Teacher Zhao came to collect our homework. At that point I lied, and
told the teacher I had left my homework at home. I pretended to go home. One
of my classmates asked me to stay and submit the homework tomorrow. However
, Teacher Zhao asked me to go home. It was my first time I had gone home
without classmates. It was spring, with the sun shining and the grass green.
I enjoyed it. Of course, there was no homework paper at home. I was only
waiting for the school office to close before going back for my bag. When I
went back to school, I felt that the teachers and my classmates had all left
to home. When I saw the door of my class was still open, I was very happy
that my plan had been successful. However, when I got to the door, I was
surprised that Teacher Zhao was still sitting on the platform of our
classroom. Only one classmate was still in the classroom, writing yesterday
’s homework. He said, with the devil’s smile on his face, ‘Haha, you didn
’t do your homework, either’. Teacher Zhao did not say anything to me.
After that, in senior middle school, I was the only one given the award for
being the best student to obey the rules, by my classmates. I knew I had
made a mistake and I also knew that the teacher took care of me.
On 1st Dec 2003, I first came to the UK from Shenzhen by myself. Most people
asked me why I chose to be here. My answer is I am curious. My answer still
remains, that I wish to discover the difference between the Chinese culture
of ruling, and British culture of gentlemen. However, it so happened that
in June 2004, I could not get a good sleep for 5 days in a row, and then my
mind was working very quickly, with almost delusional ideas, and a wish for
strong action. One of my delusional ideas was that I came to the UK for
world peace, because I found the differences between the Chinese and English
cultures inspired me to make this announcement for peace: “我是胡军飞，我
是中国人，我宣布世界和平! I am Junfei Hu. Peace, Please!” From this point
on, war should stop forever, because we should learn from Chinese historical
allusion. It is about Yu’s work for flooding. The Chinese historian
defined the start of Chinese history from Yan, Huang, Yao, Shun, and Yu; and
then the rule changed to the royal family. Yan, Huang, Yao and Shun were
elected. Shun asked Gun (who was Yu’s father) to work against flooding. Gun
use the method of blocking up the flood, and failed. People suffered
flooding were angry with Gun. Shun killed Gun and asked his son, Yu, to
succeed his position to work against flooding. Yu use the new method of
persuasion and solved the flooding. Because of his hard work, he succeeded
after Shun passed away. After that Yu was succeeded by his son and set up
the first Chinese royal family. From this Chinese historical allusion, I
think we could learn that the success of Yu is based on the failure of Gun.
In the modern society we should give him a life. We should have more
tolerance. Then I wanted to take the option of a solution to the 911 case.
If we learn to strengthen the airline checks; and President Bush and Bin
Laden worked hand in hand to have a united remembrance gala for our lost and
strengthen our living: if this happened, people would enjoy friendship more
than endless war and terrorist attacks. The same as I wrote on the letter
to all people: there is no end to fighting through hate; we are brothers and
sisters; and it is time to lay down evil weapons. We have a voice which can
be used to explain our view, anywhere, anytime.
During the last 12 years, I have suffered illness and, and I have lost 4
jobs. I have no regrets. I am happy to speak out about world peace. Let us,
hand in hand, work together for world peace! | h***n
