processing and received a grant letter from IO XM286. But the processing
time will be 90 days (expedition???). Later we called customer service
again and was told LD's EAD case was assigned to an IO. We also asked
officer Garza about our cases. But every time he told us that our files
were requested for review. Why it takes such a long time for them to get
our files? We tried to send a message to XM286 via TSC foll |

requested to review. But it has not been approved yet. I wrote her again
and she replied finally today. She said that she did requested those files
and they never send the files to the officer. We are still waiting. Bless
all of us.

provide any support documenttation? Because my husband need new EAD before
his old EAD expired, he wanted to request Expedited processing. At lease you
got a grant letter,so any experience you could share with me?

发帖数: 573 | 10 We just told USCIS customer service that my LD's H1b is going to be expired
early this month. If he does not have an EAD, he will not be able to work.
The reason we used is Significant Financial Loss. The USCIS did not ask
for evidence. I guess that they can check their database if needed.
