上了工作，要6月15号上班。那边给办H1B via PP。
现在在纠结，要不要马上申请H1B？因为觉得挺麻烦的。不知道cofile的话，要多久能
拿到EAD呢？不知道现在要不要再等几周，看看EAD的情况，再觉定申不申H1.请大家给
个主意吧！谢谢。 |

发帖数: 405 | 2 Since you file PP already, why not wait and see if 140 will be approved. If
the 140 is approved, your can ask for expedite service for EAD. You have a
good reason to do that, because you can show your job offer.
On the other hand, if your new job sponsor you H1b, it does not hurt to ask
HR to file H1b for you. You will not lose anything by doing that. |

willing to sponsor it. There is no cost on you. I renewed my H1B two months
after I filed i485. i used it as a backup plan in case my EAD or 485 would
takes long time to be approved. Nobody can predict the time frame based on
individual cases. Bless and good luck. |

，交了2万了，实在是没米了。不过，保住工作是最重要的，我还是把它办了，以免到
时候EAD下不来，把offer丢了。再次谢谢您的回复！

question about your H1B. I heard that if H1B is submit on this April, we can
only start working from Oct 1, 2011. Why you can work on June 15?

LD's 140 is approved yesterday. My I-765 Application for Employment

初上班，h1b申请中。但是想申请ead作为backup（当然不到万不得已不会用了）。
想请问，我用sample letter去催ead，里面说request ead to work，他们收到，如果
发现系统了我有h１b申请中，会不会有什么不良影响？
