Or else, you can save the $1000+ for a vacation, how about that? :-)
Or you can set a deadline that you are willing to wait for the EB2 PD
advancement, if it comes earlier, good; if not, after that, file EB1.

better vacation!
Anyway, you can call or email around the lawyers to get some evaluations to have a much better sense on your specific case. Evaluations are free. Try to get as specific information on your case as possible.
