doctor to have the varicella shot. So he put a note "will do it at the
family doctor' on the report and asked us to mail the shot record after we
have it and the sealed reports together to our lawyer. We thought it was
fine.
Now my lawyer said it was wrong. He asked us to return to the civil surgeon
and and issue a properly completed I-693 that confirms all vaccinations
completed.
I am wondering if anyone knows whether the civil surgeon or the lawyer is
right? I just do not want to go back to the civil surgeon. It was a long
drive. I also want to mail out my I-485 package as soon as possible.

你这个医生太不负责任且不懂装懂了,他收了钱的唯一职责就是添一份完整的I693.
