2. 要我分享推荐信，这个不太方便，我的推荐信非常的私人，如果把那些删掉，也就
没什么分享的。这里要感谢我的两个老板，对我都非常好，我写怎样就怎样，他们只管
签名。另外两个独立推荐人其实都认识我老板，但我是自己找得他们，他们自己写的推
荐信，而且推荐信里有提到他们认识我老板。本来还有个人答应给我写的，但是，我等
了两个星期，她没给我，我就决定放弃了，当时想，如果ref的时候，再找吧。
3.关于review，在那个PL里，你们会看到，就是有人写review引用我的文章。
4. 关于引用，有人问包括不包括自引，这个是肯定包括的。但是，你可以看到，我根
本没提引用这回事，因为我觉得就20，这是我的短处，我不要拿我的短处比别人的长处
。我知道板上有教你怎么做漂亮这点，但是，因为我的引用很少，我想那个审理的人，
没吃过猪肉，肯定看过猪走路，他都审理了那么多牛人，引用都成百上千的，你一个20
的还搞那么多花哨的，不是找打嘛。

This petition is respectfully submitted for myself as a qualified immigrant under the category of Alien of Extraordinary Ability in the Sciences Pursuant to Section 203(b) (1) (A). The evidence submitted herewith specifically demonstrates I am one of “that small percentage of individuals who have risen to the very top of their field of endeavor”.
Specifically, the evidence submitted in this petition will prove:
I. I am an Alien of Extraordinary Ability on the basis of the following facts:
A. My original scientific contributions of major significance in the field;
B. Published materials about my work in professional publications;
C. My authorship of scholarly articles in the field in professional publications;and
II. I have worked and will continue to utilize my expertise in an Area of Substantial Intrinsic Merit that Provides A Benefit that is National in Scope
I. I AM AN ALIEN OF EXTRAORDINARY ABILITY
A. MY ORIGINAL CONTRIBUTION OF MAJOR SIGNIFICANCE IN XXX RESEARCH
Over the course of my research career, I have made recognized contributions to the field of XXX research. Prior to my arrival in the United States, I was already an accomplished researcher in XXX. More specifically, I have established XXX. 这里省略了介绍我的专业100字。This work, in comparison with the work of thousands of other students, won a “Best Thesis Award” in XXX Province. (Exhibit 27) I have published these works in several leading journals. (Exhibit 10-13)
Based on this work, I later was recruited to join XXX University to pursue my Ph.D. As an extension of my previous work on XXX, I focused on XXX. It is important to do XXX research. The final report about this work has been submitted to US Department of XXX (Exhibit 14) Dr. XXX, my advisor and collaborator at that time, describe me as “a talented investigator, and her education here in the US was an investment in the potential she offers as a contributing member of the academic community, and the public health work force in the US.” (Exhibit 2)
In a collaborative effort and an extension of my XXX study, I conducted groundbreaking work on XXX. XXX is responsible for an estimated 1.4 million cases of XXX disease with 500 associated deaths in the United States, at a cost of $2 billion. The number of cases worldwide probably exceeds 100 million each year. XXX 这里省略100字详细介绍我的工作. For the first time, I created XXX technology to identify XXX. More recently, for my Postdoctoral Fellowship at XXX University, I have expanded my work to the study of XXX disease, one of the most common XXX infections in humans. As part of my project, I am researching a severe form of XXX disease。这里省略了详细的介绍我的工作内容，我从我的proposal里拷下来的。 According to my current supervisor and collaborator, Dr. XXX, “Dr. XXX discovery has taken current study of XXX to new heights.” (Exhibit 1) The XXXcan work as biomarkers or drug targets for XXX disease.
Besides all the significant contributions, I also made contributions to this specific scientific community by working as a reviewer to judge publications of others. (Exhibit 25-26) I am a reviewer for the XXX, one of the world’s leading XXX journals. For over 60 years it has been publishing high quality research across the whole spectrum of the subject. XXX is published by XXX, a leading society that promotes XXX at all levels. I am also a reviewer for Libertas Academica, a publisher of scientific, technical and medical open access journals. This is only a selection of my most remarkable accomplishments. For the impact of my work in the research community, leading researchers and scientists from top research universities throughout the U.S. have submitted letters supporting me as an exceptional researcher in my field (Exhibits 1-4). Illustrating this is Dr. XXX, who does not know me personally, “I regard Dr. XXX’s contributions as highly significant.” (Exhibit 3) Please note that included are two (2) independent advisory opinions from researchers who have not worked with me but who know me through my work and publications (Exhibits 3-4). All the evidences provided above show that I am one of that small percentage of individuals who have risen to the very top of my field of endeavor, and also made major significant contributions to the XXX field.
B. PUBLISHED MATERIAL ABOUT MY FINDINGS IN PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATIONS.
Because of the novelty of my research protocol and significant findings in XXX, my results have been extensively discussed in several major publications, including “current opinion in XXX”, “Current Opinion in XXX”, “Current Opinion in XXX”, and “XXX”. (Exhibit 22-24) Two publications about my findings in professional publications are listed in below.
1) “Novel XXX tools for studying XXX”. Current Opinion in XXX. March, 2009, 20:149-157. (Exhibit 22) Here is the objective of this journal: “In current Opinion in XXX, we help the reader by providing in a systematic manner: 1.The views experts on current advances in XXX. 2. Evaluations of the most interesting papers……” For your convenience, I highlighted part of the report compliment my results as: “One of the few applications of this method to a XXXissue is by XXX et al.,……be a future area for the development of novel approaches to increase food safety.” (Exhibit 22 page 152)这里我想我耍了点小把戏，如果把整个句子抄下来，意思就完全不是这样了，我就把好听的，对我有利的抄下来，中间说的结合某某别人的工作什么的，我就省略了。
2) “XXXTechnology and XXX Screens for XXX”. XXX（journal name）. 2008 Volume 5, Number 4: 473-485. (Exhibit 23). The authors spent almost half of the page to discuss my results (Exhibit 23: Page 479-480). In conclusion, the authors described “Such studies could lead to better insight into how XXX in XXX…..which could provide useful information for devising additional strategies to control the XXX.”
All these publications, such as“Current Opinion in XXX”and “Current Opinion in XXX”, represent the views of experts on current advances in XXX. Only the most interesting and significant papers are reviewed in those publications. These publications provide experts opinion on my original and significant contributions towards the development of methods of XXX.
C. MY AUTHORSHIP OF SCHOLARLY ARTICLES IN THE FIELD IN PROFESSIONAL PUBLICATIONS
I have published a series of peer-reviewed papers in leading international journals (Exhibits 8-14). I am also credited as the primary contributor of all but two of these works with my first authorship (Exhibits 8-12). These journals are known for their outstanding quality and brief introductions about selected two journals are below (Exhibit 15)
According to the 2009 Journal Citation Reports, the Journal of XXX is the #1 journal in XXX ranked by Eigenfactor score. It is also the #2 cited journal in XXX, receiving more than 63,000 citations, as reported in the 2009 Journal Citation Reports. (Exhibits 15)
XXXbpublishes study results that make significant contributions to XXX research, XXX topics of practical value. XXX is the #1 cited journal in XXX and the #1 cited journal in XXX, with more than 74,000 citations, as reported in the 2009 Journal Citation Reports. XXX is also the #2 journal in XXX and the #2 journal in XXX ranked by Eigenfactor score. (Exhibit15)
Besides papers published in journals, I have also published a list of peer-reviewed conference abstracts. (Exhibits 16-21) All the evidences provided above prove my authorship of scholarly articles in the field in professional publications.
II. I HAVE WORKED AND WILL CONTINUE UTILIZED MY EXPERTISE IN AN AREA OF SUBSTATIAL INTRINSIC MERIT THAT PROVIDES A BENEFITS THAT IS NATIONAL IN SCOPE.
A. EMPLOYMENT IN AN AREA OF SUBSTANTIAL INTRINSIC MERIT
I am currently employed in the field of XXX research. My work in particular is in the study of XXX and their associations with diseases. Throughout my research career, my studies of XXX disease relate to the development of tools for XXX research and XXX—areas of substantial intrinsic merit. B. PROPOSED BENEFIT IS NATIONAL IN SCOPE
The purpose of XXX research is to find XXX for diseases. The public health benefits extend throughout the United States. Take XXX disease, more than 80 million Americans are afflicted with it, and it can subsequently lead to systematic diseases like XXX. The health of individuals serves the interests of all regions of the country, and so the continued dissemination of my research advances will impact all parts of the United States. Moreover, as detailed above and placed in context below, I have the proven abilities and past accomplishments to suggest that these benefits will be realized if I was to continue to live and to work in the United States.
My innovative and novel contributions, discussed in Section I above, prove my ability to make significant contributions to the national interest. Based on my work in XXX disease, my supervisor at XXX University hold me to be “an outstanding researcher with a great understanding in both XXX…Her accomplishments to date demonstrate her capacity to achieve significant results and form a reasonable expectation of her ability to bring substantial benefits to the United States to a degree that cannot easily be duplicated by others.” (Exhibit 1) Based on my papers and my discussion with Dr. XXX, Professor at XXX engaged in the study of XXX, he believes that “Dr. XXX is a well-respected scholar who has made and continues to make numerous contributions in XXX. I have no doubt that Dr. XXX will continue to occupy an influential role in her field of endeavor for many years to come.” (Exhibit 4) Similarly impressed is Dr. XXX with my publications that he enthusiastically gives this evaluation: “Her ongoing state-of the art XXX studies of XXX with Prof XXX at XXX University promise to have important implications for the development of novel strategies to treat and prevent XXX disease, which currently afflicts nearly 80 million Americans.” (Exhibit 3) These statements could not, and would not, be claimed if I did not have my proven record, a record beyond a person of similar education and experience. My achievements are far above those of similar training and experience and prove I am especially qualified to make greater significant strides than those of my peers.
My consistent meaningful discoveries suggest that I will foreseeably make further, substantial contributions in the field of XXX research. In light of my publications, Dr. XXX observes that Dr. XXX “has overcome many difficulties in learning about XXX and how this important XXX adapts itself to new conditions,” and adds “I am confident that she will continue to make more outstanding contributions in this field and outperform her peers.” (Exhibit 4) Echoing similar sentiments is Dr. XXX, who expresses an objective opinion of my
“contributions as highly significant.” (Exhibit 3) With strong testimonials from internationally renowned researchers along with tangible evidences of research productivity, I’ve worked and will continue utilized my experitise in an area of substanctial intrinsic merit that provides a benefit that is national in scope.
III. CONCLUSION
As the expert testimonials and supporting documents demonstrate, I am an extraordinary researcher in the field of XXX research based on my authorship of many scholarly articles, original scientific contributions, and published materials about me. My excellent academic background and pattern of achievements indicate I am one of that small percentage of individuals who have risen to the very top of my field of endeavor and will result in substantial prospective benefit to the national interest. With of all of these facts in mind, I should be granted an Alien of Extraordinary Ability in the Sciences.
