RFE中说要通过two-part analysis来决定是否满足EB1a。第一个是检查是否submit足够
evidence。第二个是检查是否has achievements recognized并sustain acclaim。
第一个part的分析，IO说Documentation of award和membership failed to establish
eligibility.
第二个part的分析，IO说
1.有review，但是没有证明是distinguished within his field of endeavor。。。
2.有publication，但是没有证明has distinguished that the beneficiary has
risen to the very top of his field。。。
3.有contribution，但是没有established him as one that has risen to
the very top of the field。。。
楼下的朋友说得对，主要是totality。
现在正在网上看RFE的帖子，想听听大家的意见。 |

发帖数: 488 | 3 其实我觉得楼主的case还是很强的，可能材料组织的面太广，没有突出重点。
比如说，claim的太多了，1a其实只要满足3项就可以了。
所以在材料组织上完全可以把award和membership这些都放进contribution里面，这样
的话，contribution部分就比较突出了。
我也不清楚RFE的reply是不是有机会可以重新组织材料，但是还是祝好运～～～～～
