USCIS records indicate that xxx files are being processed to be
assigned to an officer. As this is the beginning of the fiscal year and many
of the categories became visa eligible on October 1, 2017, it could take 2-
3 weeks for all the files to be processed and assigned to an officer. If
your constituents do not receive a decision or other notice of action within
45 days, you may contact us for an update. |
