分别是7岁4岁，好象家里也没多少存款。大家能不能说说，这种情况应该买多少life
insurance啊？是不是应该给男方多买一点，毕竟他是主要的bread winner啊。因为这
里的朋友都比较有理财经验，我也想给自己问问，到底哪家的life term insurance比
较好啊？是不是一般无论是生病还是accident都包啊？我家都是跟公司买的，没另外买
过商业保险。谢谢大家。 |

My husband make 110k, I am making 70k.we have two boys. We earn less than
they do. My husband has Life term insurance of 700k, I have around 500k. Is
this enough for the whole family?
My friend's case is different. The wife is a contractor and she has no
retirement or health insurance. She is working part-time because she has two
little kids.

你们家既然和他们家情况很类似，那买到你们家这coverage就够了。天灾人祸的，最大
的问题无非是房贷和孩子将来学费，中西部物价低，100万没问题了。

That's strange. I know how much most of my friends earn. I have another
friend. She earns 72K, her husband earns 90k. They only have one kid. She
told me that her husband has insurance over 100K.That's why we started this
topic. Most wives feel that we should have insurance over 1M and most
husbands don't understand it.

coverage, good enough to pay off the mortgage and a little extra.
Insurance is just insurance, not an investment. Buy just enough.

get the same price from the
agent. You may check the company's background to be sure.
Even AIG was gonna bankcrupt if it wasn't bailed out. So you never know.
But states did have some amount of guarrantee, check here.
