Say the stock up 25% and then down 20%, so it returns to its
original price, i.e. (1+25%)*(1-20%)=1
For 3x ETF, the price up 25%*3 and then down 20%*3,
(1+25%*3)*(1-20%*3)=0.7
So its value decayed 30% due to fluctuation of the underlying
stock price.

If fluctuation is 5%, then it's 99.75, if 20%, it's 96
No matter first go up or down
