我的确有朋友在florida投资vacation home。他自己都没去看过，完全托agent买
的，买完直接交给物业公司打理。用他自己话说，除了地址，他都不知道那房子到底
长啥样。他前几年买的价位比较好，也是80%贷款，现在已经完全是正现金流了，房子
也升值了不少。
所以这事儿还是看时间和机会，是不是好主意得自己算自己想。

I have some rental properties(9 houses). I have been renting houses for more
than 5 years.
I would like to know if people who want to invest in [vacation home rental]
do their home work. And if they are willing to share information.

about $100 per day if I put it on vacation rental.I am evaluating if I
should submit a bid.
The asking price of the apartment is about $200K. The location is san diego,
CA.
I feel 投资vacation home is a big challenge.
异地投资vacation home will be a bigger challenge.
