tomcat, tomcat was also shutted down. What I want is, tomcat is still
running, even though that window was killed.

Tomcat comes with an exe installer that lets you install it as a windows
service.

My production machine is solaris. It has "svcadm", which makes running JBoss
as a service extremly simple.
