1. Job Summary
Report to: FUT Tester
Cooperate with: R&D Department, Product Testing Center, ZTE USA Sales Dept.
and other related team to prompt the user experience of handset product.
2. Roles and Responsibilities
1. Organizing, planning and implementing the FUT in US, responsible for
the handset user experience improvement
2. Recruiting friendly user, constructing, managing and maintaining the
user group
3. Organizing the Friendly User Trial and the related activities,
including the prototype and questionnaire preparation, distribution and
recovery, tracking and analyzing the feedback
4. Submitting the FUT issues, coordinating with UE engineer to push,
verify and close the FUT issues
5. Summarizing the user experience on product differentiation needs,
based on the distinct carriers projects
6. Improving and maintaining the Fans Group of UE on Facebook, Twitter
and others
7. Exploring the new user trial mode
3. Job requirements
1. MUST legally able to work in the US
2. Language: English and Chinese
3. BA/BS or higher degree in User Behavior, User Experience, HCI, UI
design, Telecommunication or related fields
4. Familiar with all kinds of the main brand handsets and rich experience
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to
work independently and with a group
6. Excellent analytical skills, understanding of user habits, a strong
information collection and collation analysis skills, good at analyzing
mobile product availability, ease of use, user behavior
7. Exceptional problem solving, creative, and communication skills; Self-
motivated and directed
