The Chineselink iCareer 2012, co-organized by The Boston University CSSA,
provides students and young professionals the opportunity of career
networking and communication with senior professionals from various
industries. Our diverse invited speakers includes senior managers from
industry leaders in Finance, engineering, accounting and consulting. We are
looking for self-motivated, passionate and team-oriented volunteers who are
willing to expand their social network and eager to learn about event
management or other subjects in the four industries as mentioned.
The iCareer event proudly targets:
• 7000+ Chinese students in over 20 universities and colleges
around Boston and New York
• Over 500 attendees in each city
• More than 40 speakers/advisors (senior professionals from various
industries)
• Career seminar, career coaching and professional networking
opportunity for attendees
Primary Duties:
• Provide assistance to General manager/Session Manager during the
event
• Coordinate in event management
• Help organize and guide audiences/guest speakers
Qualifications:
• Availability on the entire event day
• Effective communicator, oral and written in English and Mandarin
Chinese
• Event management or volunteer experience is a plus but not
necessary
