Financial Analyst
Major Responsibilities：
- Partner with Business Unit to prepare and analyze monthly forecast;
- Prepare monthly analysis on forecast-to-actual, quarter-over-quarter,
identify variance on revenue, cost, contribution margin and provide
recommendations for improvement;
- Review P/L details to ensure the reasonableness and accuracy of
management reports;
- Organize monthly forecast review meeting with respective Business Unit,
prepare and finalize month forecast report;
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline
various processes including reporting, data gathering, and budgeting.
Job requirement：
- Degree in Finance/Accounting;
- Language: English/Chinese, bilingual is preferred;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- 0-2 years of working experience in finance related, preferred in FPA
work experience;
- Good communication skills;
- Able to work under pressure and have a sense of urgency;
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while
remaining efficient.
