岗位职责：
1、根据公司战略规划，搭建公司生物信息应用平台。
2、参与开发新的算法及程序，或者拓展已有算法的运用。
3、对所开发的算法和程序进行分析和测试。
4、编写软件产品使用说明并进行存档。
任职要求：
1、 获得生物信息学（bioinformatics）、计算生物学（computational biology）等
方向的博士学位。
2、 掌握以下计算机模拟领域中至少两项：同源建模、蛋白质结构预测、蛋白-蛋白对
接、蛋白质设计。
3、 精通Unix/Linux操作系统。掌握至少一种编程语言（Perl、Python、Shell、
Fortran、C、C++等）。
4、 有蛋白质结构预测、模拟及序列设计相关软件的使用经验或相关算法的开发经验。
5、 拥有扎实的统计学基础和结构生物学知识。
6、 拥有熟练的英文文献查阅及阅读能力。
7、 自学能力强，办事细致认真负责，有较强的解决问题的能力，富有团队合作精神。
