发帖数: 2534 | 1 a friend of mine rent a studio in a house. he left few weeks for vacation this
winter, he turned off the heat, and left 2 windows open, the pipe was burst
during that time, the landlord asked him to pay for the plumber, is it righ.
by the way, he could not live there for a few months because the landlord was
out of town and did not get the pipe fixed till now.
