I visited a company XXX, and signed its company NDA.
However, after I discussed with the company, I found that the company is in a
good market space, but their technology and solution are not good. During our
visit, the company did not show us anything proprietary.
In fact, we realize that we can have a much better solution to compete with
the company XXX.
Here is the question.
Will we get into the trouble if we setup a business into the same market space
